What changed with which version
Changelog
Every shipped version with what it brought over the one before it, newest first. The version you are running is shown in the application under Legal. This page is kept in English only.
Version 0.9.3
6 September 2026
- Fixed The store package shipped the English interface only; the German one was missing from it.
- Fixed On the phone the two catalogue filters were not available at all.
- Fixed The faction list could not be scrolled a row at a time.
- Fixed On the phone, the note about an empty list overview stood as a vertical column of letters instead of a sentence.
- Changed A filter the selected game system does not know now disappears instead of standing there without effect.
- Changed The splash screen and first-run setup always draw the same surface, whatever appearance is selected.
- Fixed On the phone the tab bar and the showcase's sort button stayed in the old language after a language switch, until the app was restarted.
Version 0.9.2
5 September 2026
- New A list can be saved as a roster file and sent to YellowScribe on a click, which sets it up in Tabletop Simulator. The complete list leaves the device when you do.
- New The eleventh edition buys several detachments from a points budget instead of carrying exactly one, along with the force disposition it requires.
- Changed “Report a problem” is now “Contact” and takes two kinds of message: a problem report and a suggestion. A suggestion never carries a log.
- Fixed The list settings button disappears on a list it cannot edit anyway.
- Fixed After a catalogue update the phone did not read the catalogue again.
- Fixed The edition switch did not notice a catalogue being added or removed.
- Fixed The counter above the collection showed the free tier's limit instead of the actual holdings.
- Fixed On the phone the list overview's group header and rows did not use the full width, and a title above a layer ran into an ellipsis instead of wrapping.
Version 0.9.1
2 September 2026
- New The game system now sits above the edition: four systems with twelve editions instead of a single row. You switch it in the settings, the edition below it as before.
- New Three further game systems, each with its own catalogue, its own rules and its own datasheet shape — down to a stat line of nine characteristics and points limits measured in per cent rather than in selections.
- New A first-run screen: pick game systems, fetch catalogues, start — instead of a yes-or-no question on first launch.
- New The appearance is yours to choose: four sets of colour, shape and type, each in a light and a dark rendition.
- New A boxed mode as an edition of its own: 51 fixed lists chosen rather than built — and the collection suggests from your own holdings which of them you could already field.
- New The web site went live, with a front page, legal documents and a contact form.
- Changed Game data stays in English, exactly as the catalogue carries it. Only the datasheet's column headings are translated, and only if you ask for it.
- Fixed Switching the language froze the application on the phone.
- Fixed A single unreadable catalogue file took the whole import down with it, and no catalogue came back. It now costs only itself and is named in the import diagnostics.
- Fixed The import lost profiles that a catalogue declares once and refers to in many places.
Version 0.9.0
26 August 2026
- New The first shipped version. Build, check and print army lists — without an account, and without a connection once the catalogues are fetched.
- New Eight editions, each with its own catalogue from the BSData community project. Only what you ask for is downloaded.
- New Fixed starter lists that are chosen rather than built, and a second form of play whose lists come from one catalogue per squad.
- New The collection: your own models with photos, and from them the suggestion of what you could already field.
- New Datasheets as PDF, plus export as text, as Markdown and in the NewRecruit format — and the way back in through import.
- New Interface in German and English, one version for Windows and one for Android.
- New A way to send a problem report. The log that travels with it has user paths and list names removed first.
