The application, third-party rights, the purchase
Legal
This page states what the application is and what it contains, whose the rights named here are, and how the purchase comes about. Provider details are in the legal notice, the processing of data in the privacy policy.
What the application is and what it contains
Armamentarium is an independent tool for building army lists. The application contains no rules text, no illustrations and no catalogue data. The user obtains the catalogue data at their own instigation from publicly accessible repositories of the BSData community; the licence and source terms of those repositories apply to it. The one-off purchase price pays for the application alone — not for the data, and not for the rules of the games it supports.
Attribution of third-party rights
An unofficial tool
Armamentarium is an unofficial tool. It has no connection to the publishers of the games it supports and is neither endorsed nor approved by them. All marks named belong to their respective owners; they are named solely to identify the game in question.

Purchase and formation of contract
Price
The download is free of charge. The full unlock costs a one-off €1.99 (final price, including VAT). The price shown in a given country may differ; what is binding is the figure stated in the distribution channel at the time of purchase.
Contracting party
The contract for the unlock is concluded with the operator of the respective distribution channel — Microsoft, Google or Apple. Their payment, withdrawal and refund terms apply there; refunds and withdrawal are therefore to be declared through the channel the purchase was made in.
Dispute resolution
Notice under § 36 VSBG: there is no obligation to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and no willingness to take part is declared. The European online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; a reference to it is therefore omitted.
