Settings

You open the settings with Options at the top right. Every change takes effect at once and is saved; there is no button to apply it.

Language

Under Options › General › Language you choose between Deutsch and English. This affects the interface: buttons, headings, hints.

The game data stays in English, as the catalogue carries it: units, weapons, abilities, keywords and rules text. That way you find every name again in the rulebook and with your opponents.

Options, General section: the sections on the left, on the right the language choice with Deutsch and English, below it the drop-down for the appearance and the choice between System, Light and Dark.
  1. The language of the interface.
  2. The appearance: colours, shapes and type.
  3. Light, dark or as the system.

German column headers

When the interface is German, a box appears under the language choice that switches the datasheet's column headers to German. It translates only the abbreviations above the columns of a datasheet. All other game data stays in English.

In the English interface the box does not exist; the column headers there are always English.

Appearance and theme

  • Appearance: The drop-down under Themes sets the colours, shapes and type roles of the whole interface.
  • Theme: Below it you choose Light, Dark or System. With System the application follows the setting of your device.

The appearance does not depend on the game system. You can use any appearance with any game system.

Switching the game system

You switch the game system only here, under Options › General › Game system. Below it stands the edition, when the system has more than one. You can also switch the edition right in the main view, see Switching the edition.

  1. Open Options › General.
  2. Pick the new system in the Game system field.
  3. If its catalogue is already on the device, the application loads it and switches. While that runs, the field is locked.

A system without a catalogue carries a hint in the list. If you pick it anyway, the application opens the data sources of that system. You download the catalogue there; after that you can switch.
